“My girls have been with Coach Vanessa for a couple years now. To just say that she is amazing would be an understatement. My youngest started cheerleading and we found Vanessa. Immediately her confidence grew. She was scared to do anything and within weeks she opened up and began trusting. It was amazing to watch her do things that she was so scared of. Her sister would watch her and decided that she wanted to leave competitive gymnastics and join her sister doing cheer. When she began cheerleading with Coach Vanessa, my  daughter was an emotional mess. Her confidence and self image was so broken. She was so incredibly hard on herself and this is something that she had been struggling with for a long time. I was worried for her to even try cheer. Vanessa embraced her and worked with her. Rather quickly there was such a change in my daughter. The confidence, the smiles, the goofiness. It all returned. She’s making friends and comes out of practice just bouncing. Each one is treated differently according to what they actually need to be their best selves. My girls have had such an amazing experience cheering for SXA. They have learned how to deal with failure with grace. They have truly learned what it’s meant to be a part of a team.
